perfect for Christmas morning, or a Christmas breakfast party, this Egg and Biscuit Breakfast casserole is so easy to make and delicious to eat. Meal prep with this meal by making it the night before and heating it before eating.

Cut canned biscuits into 4 pieces and lay at the bottom of greased 9x13 pan.


Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combine.


Sprinkle cooked breakfast sausage over the cut biscuits and pour the egg mixture over the sausage and biscuits.


Top with shredded cheddar cheese and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 350*F or until egg and biscuits are fully cooked.


Cut and serve with salsa, ketchup, or plain. Or cool and refrigerate to eat the next morning.
