Preheat oven to 375*F.
Cream butter and sugar together on high for 2 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, molasses and vanilla and beat 1 more minute. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Form dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar.
Place on baking sheet, leaving space between so the can spread out.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the tops are matte and the edges are set. Let cool on pan for 5 minutes. ENJOY.
