Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

We love these quick and easy Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls for Super Bowl Sunday. You can make them in the oven or better yet in the Air Fryer to get that crispy texture you love. Perfect as a snack or appetizer. Made with cream cheese, dip in ranch or blue cheese dressing

Easy and Delicious

This is such a fun meal to make during the spring and summer. It also make the perfect game day appetizer!

Perfect for the Summer!

Mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, shredded chicken, and of course hot sauce!

Add 2 tablespoons of buffalo chicken mixture to the center of an egg roll wrappers.

Fold the top corner over. the mixture and the bring in the two sides so it looks like an envelope.

Tightly roll until you reach the end of the wrapper. Wet the edges to help it stick together.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 375*F or for a crispier faster method air fry for 7 minutes at 375*F.

We love how easy these come together and how flavorful each bite is. The crispy outside is a winner.
