Begin by chopping the red cabbage, carrots, almonds, and green onion.
Add the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Add shredded chicken with the chopped vegetables.
In a small mixing bowl combine garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Add the dressing to the bowl of chopped vegetables. Toss with fried chow mien noodles.
