Veggie Quiche


Packed with all the flavor of your favorite vegetables and creamy eggs, this Veggie Quiche is so quick to put together and delicious to eat. Perfect for Breakfast, brunch, or even dinner. Make it for a weekend brunch or meal prep for breakfast throughout the week. 

Easy and Delicious


Sautee onions until translucent. Add Spinach at the end to wilt.


In a 9 inch pie pan put a homemade or store bought raw pie crust. Layer mushrooms and sliced bell peppers.


Add the sautéed yellow onions and wilted spinach to the top of the other vegetables.


Sprinkle cheddar cheese of the top of the vegetables.


Whisk together egg, milk, salt and pepper, and pour it over the cheese and vegetables.


Cook in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 375* F. Make sure the egg is set and the crust isn't raw.
