Maple Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

This crowd pleasing Christmas side perfect for any dinner or dinner party, Maple Brussels Sprouts with bacon and fresh cranberries is easy to make and packed with flavor.

Easy and Delicious


Slice the Brussels sprouts in half. If they are larger, cut them in fourths.


In a large bowl, toss the halves with fresh cranberries, olive oil, and maple syrup.


Spread out on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and sprinkle chopped bacon over the top.


Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 420* F or until the Brussels Sprouts are tender and bacon is fully cooked.


Serve as a delicious side dish or appetizer for a Christmas Party or Christmas dinner.
