Chocolate-covered pecans are so easy to make and delicious to eat. Pecans roasted in butter and lightly salted and then dipped in melted milk chocolate make the best homemade Valentine's Day treat.

Begin by tossing pecan halves in melted butter and sprinkling with salt.


On a parchment lined baking sheet, spread the pecans out and roast in the oven.


While the pecans are cooling, melt the milk chocolate. Toss the roasted pecans in the chocolate and completely coat.


Place each individual pecan on a parchment lined paper to harden. Make sure they aren't touching.


Serve in a bowl, snack on them, or wrap them in decorative food bag as a homemade Christmas gift.
