White Chocolate Peppermint Christmas Cookies

Preheat oven to 350* F. Beat slightly softened butter on high until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds.

Add the sugar and beat about 2 minutes on high. Add the eggs and vanilla and beat an additional minute.

Add the dry ingredients and mix on low just until combined. Christmas cookies are on their way!

Stir in the white chocolate chips and the crushed peppermint candy cane. Spoon onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the tops turn matte. Let cool on the baking sheet 5 minutes.
