Preheat the oven to 350*F. Grate the zucchini and soften the butter. Place the sugar, brown sugar and softened butter in a bowl.

Beat the butter and sugars on high until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Add the eggs and vanilla and beat until fluffy, another minute. Stir in the grated zucchini and set aside.

Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, cinnamon, baking soda and baking powder together in a separate bowl. 

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and place in a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
