Instructions
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper
Place the vanilla frosting and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and mix them together a bit with a spatula(see picture above for reference). Microwave for 45 seconds and mix some more. If it doesn't blend together easily, mix in 10-15 second increments until it does. Mine usually takes 60-70 seconds.
Dump peanut butter fudge into the parchment lined baking dish and smooth out. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until desired firmness is reached then cut into 36 pieces. Enjoy!

Notes
This fudge gets pretty soft if left out in a warm room. It's still delicious, but something to be aware of.
Use parchment paper at the bottom of the pan for easiest removal of the fudge.
Don't overcook the peanut butter and frosting! Worst case scenario, you could burn it and it would have a burnt taste to it, or you might over cook it so much that it makes it gritty when it cools. You want it soft enough to be able to mix the peanut butter in, so after the first initial time in the microwave, just use 10-15 second increments until desired texture is achieved.

Do not use natural peanut butter or results will vary.
Feel free to use crunchy peanut butter, if desired.
Store leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
