In a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs and milk, mix. Add in the parmesan cheese, finely diced onion, garlic, and salt. Mix well.
Next add in the ground turkey and mix in the other ingredients into the meat. Add the egg and mix until the meat mixture is smooth.
Form the meat mixture into golf ball sized balls and add them to a lightly greased air fryer basket. Space them out evenly. You may need to cook 2-3 batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air Fry for 5 minutes and then flip each meatball over and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
Enjoy topped on spaghetti, as a meal prep add on, as an appetizer, or freeze.
Notes
Add 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning to make them Italian Meatballs.
These make a perfect freezer meal. Freeze after cooking, thaw and reheat in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Make sure to flip halfway through for even cooking.
Wet your hand while rolling each bowl so the mixture doesn't stick.
