Make this homemade Bang Bang sauce, a copycat Bonefish recipe, used for Shrimp, Chicken, Stir Fry, Noodles and dipping! We love making this sauce for Asian inspired dishes.
Combine mayonnaise, sweet Thai chili sauce, sriracha and rice vinegar together in a bowl until well combined. Add a touch of salt, if desired. See pictures above for texture.

Notes
This amount of sauce is for 1 pound of shrimp
To make Bang Bang Shrimp: Fry shrimp then immediately coat in bang bang sauce and serve.
The sriracha is totally flexible. We like things spicy in our house so usually go for 3-4 teaspoons. If you are sensitive to spicy things, start with ½ teaspoon and go from there.
Salt is totally optional. I don't usually add it, but when I do I really enjoy the flavor. Start with about 1/16 teaspoon.
