Make this tasty Four Cheese Pasta from Cheesecake Factory with this easy to follow copycat recipe. Made in the comfort of your home, make this penne pasta dish in less than 30 minutes for a delicious family dinner.
½cupparmesancan substitute parmesan and romano with ¾ cup of parmesan and romano mixed.

Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil of high heat. Add penne pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook minced garlic for 30-60 seconds until fragrant and starting to turn golden. Add the marinara sauce and the basil, oregano, pepper and salt. Heat for 5 minutes, then stir in ½ cup ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and romano cheeses until melted.
Whisk together the milk and ⅓ cup ricotta cheese, see picture above for a texture reference. Drain the pasta and stir into the sauce until well coated. Serve pasta and place a dollop of the ricotta cheese/ milk mixture into the center of each serving. Garnish with basil, if desired.

*This recipe has a good amount of sauce to just coat each noodle. For extra sauce, use an extra cup of marinara sauce (no need to change anything else in the recipe).

This can be made ahead and frozen or placed in the refrigerator. Reheat in a skillet over medium low, add a touch of milk if needed to thin the sauce.
We topped ours with crushed red pepper flakes and it was delicious and we highly recommend trying it if you like a little heat.
