Instructions
Get a charcuterie board or large cutting board or other large piece of wood. I got mine from TJ Maxx.
Slice cheeses then return to the refrigerator.
Roll meats however desired then return to the refrigerator.
Start with your anchor items like filled bowls and a skull.
Start with crackers, pretzels, and other items that don't need to be refrigerated and layer them on neatly.
Just before serving, start to fill in with meats and cheeses and more crackers. I like to keep the caramel apple things all together on one side. See photos above for a reference on how to organize a board.
Fill in any gaps at the end with grapes then top everything with your spooky elements!
Notes
This is such a fun thing to bring to a party and can be personalized to meet different preferences. Have fun with it!Make sure to fill in all the gaps so that it's really full looking. This is what makes a charcuterie board so beautiful looking.Another fun idea is to use just candy and make a big candy grazing board or do a fun Halloween theme like Hocus Pocus. Can be made ahead of time, other than the apples. For the skull, use a thin sliced meat and layer it over the top.
