Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and black cocoa powder and mix on low just until combined. Stir in half of the m&m's.
Form dough into balls and press the remaining m&m's and the candy eyeballs into the tops and sides of each dough ball. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. The tops should turn matte and the edges will be set. Allow to rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
Enjoy!
Notes
Store in airtight containers at room temperature (4 days) or the freezer (2 months). We recommend freezing within one hour of baking for best results when thawing.Make sure to only stir in half the m&ms at first! This is how you make the cookies look so good. After placing dough balls on the baking sheet, strategically place the remaining m&ms for the best look!Make sure not to over bake. It can be hard to tell when these cookies are done since they're black. Remove them from the oven when the tops are completely matte and the edges have set. Leave on the baking sheet for at least 5 minutes to continue baking.Give the sugar and butter plenty of beating time. This will give you the best texture possible in your cookie. People ask me why my cookies taste so good, and this is the answer.
