Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together using a small whisk or fork.
Use on your pot roast immediately or store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Notes
use 2 Tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of meat.
This will season about 5-6 pounds of pot roast, total.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 months
Freeze in a freezer friendly container for up to 1 year.
For a low sodium version, reduce the salt by 50%.
