Instructions
Finely chop pickles and mince the dill. Combine mayonnaise, pickles, lemon juice, dill, onion powder, salt and pepper together in a bowl.

Notes
This is also delicious made with plain Greek yogurt. Use ½ Greek yogurt for an extra tang.
If you don't like a strong dill flavor, use parsley instead.
This yields around ¾ cup of tartar sauce.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Stir a bit before using, as the ingredients will have separated a little.
Be careful not to finely dice the pickle so small that it turns to mush!
Add more lemon juice for an extra tangy zip.
