Egg and Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
Egg and Biscuit Breakfast Casserole is a delicious breakfast casserole made with canned biscuit dough, eggs and sausage.
Start by browning the sausage and cutting the canned biscuit dough into 4 equal parts.
Place the cut biscuit pieces at the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking pan.
Put browned breakfast sausage, eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuit dough.
Cook until egg is set and biscuits are cooked through. Enjoy topped with ketchup, salsa, or hot sauce or enjoy plain!
