Combine brownie mix and flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk together to combine.
Add eggs, oil and water and mix until well combined. Add in the caramel bits and mix until combined.
Scoop out onto a cookie sheet into 1.5" balls.
Bake for 8-11 minutes. Start checking at 8 minutes, as soon as the top looks like a brownie top, they are done! Be careful not to over bake or they will be dry.

Notes
Store in an airtight container. Eat within 3 days for best taste and texture. If needing to freeze, freeze the dough, not the baked cookie.If you have a stand mixer, these work great in a stand mixer. If you don't they also come together with a spatula. Using a hand mixer isn't as recommended- even though they mix together quickly, my motor overheated- it was a little too hard on it.
