This easy Texas Roadhouse Butter is a sweet and creamy cinnamon honey butter that's simple to make at home. Spread it on warm rolls, biscuits, bread, cornbread, or your favorite breakfast treats for a delicious copycat-style spread.
Mix softened butter to ensure there are no lumps! I like to use a mixer for this, but you can use a spatula. Stir in the powdered sugar, honey and cinnamon until well combined. Add a small bit of salt to taste, if desired.
For a compound butter, place on a sheet of saran wrap and roll into a log then refrigerate at least 2 hours before using.
This can be left out at room temperature for 3 or 4 days, but after that move it to the refrigerator to store it.
Notes
We love this with about ¼ teaspoon vanilla! It makes it a little less of a copycat so we didn't include it in the recipe, but we feel like it's worth trying.
Make sure your butter is nice and soft to ensure no lumps!
