This refreshing Easter Punch is the ultimate festive drink for your holiday brunch or kids’ party! Bursting with cranberry-strawberry juice, pineapple, citrus, and optional sherbet, it’s a colorful, non-alcoholic beverage everyone will love.
6cupswhite cran strawberry juicesee note 1 for larger batches
1cuppineapple juice
½cuplemon juice
5cupslemon-lime soda
strawberries and lemons, to garnish
1quartpineapple or raspberry sherbetoptional
Instructions
Slice strawberries and limes.
Place white cran strawberry juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice together in a large pitcher or small punch bowl. Stir to combine. Add the lemon lime soda and give it a small stir or 2. Add ice if desired. Add sherbet if using.
Garnish with strawberry and lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe yields about 12 cups, which is a large pitcher or small punch bowl. For a large 24 cup/ 6 quart punch bowl, double this recipe. You may also half the batch for a smaller pitcher.
To make this an "easter bunny" punch, add marshmallows to the top and stick a bunny peep over the side of the glass to garnish.
We recommend starting with cold beverages as well as you can. This will make it so it doesn't get so watered down by any added ice.
