Easter Punch is a festive drink that's perfect for Easter brunch, Sunday dinner, or a kids' party. With a pretty pink color and fruity citrus twists, you can't go wrong with this fun flavor. You can even add pineapple or raspberry sherbet!

Why This Recipe is the Best
This Easter Punch is sweet, slightly sour, and bursting with spring flavors like strawberry, pineapple, and lime. It's easy to make in or out of the kitchen, perfect for the whole family, and can be served with or without sherbet for a traditional or more indulgent twist.

Key Ingredients
Chill the ingredients before assembling so you don't dilute them by adding extra ice.

- Lemon-Lime Soda- We are fans of Twit-up and Sprite but any drink variation will work with this recipe.
- Cranberry Juice- Be sure to get the variation that has strawberry to get that extra fruity flavor the Easter Bunny loves to drink!
- Sherbert- If you are adding sherbert, which we love to add, you'll want to add pineapple or raspberry so the flavors pair well together.
- Lemons- It's important that you wash the outside of the lemons before cutting and adding them to the drink. The outside of citrus fruit can carry a lot of germs if they aren't washed properly
How to Make Easter Punch
Use these process shots to help get the results you want. The pictures can be a visual guide for the best results.

- In a large pitcher, add the chilled juices.

- Cut the strawberries and slice the lemons into circles.

- Add the lemon lime soda and the fruit slices to the pitcher, stir, and serve!
Hint: It's super important to wash the lemons before cutting them and adding them directly to the drink.
Chill all your ingredients beforehand so the punch stays cold without needing too much ice, which can dilute the flavor.
Common Mistakes
If you're a planner like me, it's easy to want to make this drink ahead of time. But if you do that, you may compromise the drink. Adding sherbet too early can cause it to melt completely before serving, so wait until just before guests arrive. Also, using warm soda or juice can make the punch taste flat instead of sparkling and refreshing.

Top tip
For the best presentation, garnish with sliced strawberries and lemons right before serving. If you want to make it extra cute for the kids, top each cup with a marshmallow Peep or a fun patterned paper straw for a themed Easter Bunny drink.
Recipe

Easter Punch
Ingredients
- 6 cups white cran strawberry juice see note 1 for larger batches
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup lemon juice
- 5 cups lemon-lime soda
- strawberries and lemons, to garnish
- 1 quart pineapple or raspberry sherbet optional
Instructions
- Slice strawberries and limes.

- Place white cran strawberry juice, pineapple juice and lemon juice together in a large pitcher or small punch bowl. Stir to combine. Add the lemon lime soda and give it a small stir or 2. Add ice if desired. Add sherbet if using.

- Garnish with strawberry and lemon slices. Serve and enjoy!

Notes
- This recipe yields about 12 cups, which is a large pitcher or small punch bowl. For a large 24 cup/ 6 quart punch bowl, double this recipe. You may also half the batch for a smaller pitcher.
- To make this an "easter bunny" punch, add marshmallows to the top and stick a bunny peep over the side of the glass to garnish.
- We recommend starting with cold beverages as well as you can. This will make it so it doesn't get so watered down by any added ice.

Substitution and Variations
Try these substitutions and variations to mix up the flavor!
- With Ginger Ale - Swap the lemon-lime soda for ginger ale for a slightly spicier, more complex flavor.
- Easter Mimosa (Adult Version) - For grown-up brunches, replace part of the soda with prosecco or sparkling wine.
- Tropical Island Twist - Add coconut water and extra pineapple juice for a fruity, island-inspired mocktail.
- Rainbow Sherbet Version - Use rainbow sherbet instead of raspberry or pineapple for a fun, colorful punch.
- Citrus Lovers' Punch - Replace cranberry-strawberry juice with pink lemonade and add extra lime juice for a tangier drink.
- Frozen Slush Style - Blend the juices with ice before adding soda for a slushy texture that stays cold longer.
Storing Spring Punch
This punch is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers without sherbet can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. If you've added sherbet, strain out any melted ice cream before storing. You will lose the fizzy carbonation effect if it's stored overnight. Because of this, we highly recommend making it right before serving.
