This Easter Salad is a fresh spring favorite made with spinach, spring mix, strawberries, feta, avocado, and a simple homemade vinaigrette. Easy to customize and perfect for Easter brunch, dinner, or any spring gathering.

Instructions
Place all vinaigrette ingredients together in a jar and screw the lid on tightly. Shake for 1 minute, vigorously to emulsify.
Wash and slice strawberries and radishes. Dice avocado. Place spring greens and spinach in a large salad bowl and fluff with fingers to combine. Add strawberries, radishes, avocado, almonds and feta then top with dressing and toss to combine.
Notes
You can use whatever nut you like or whatever salad greens you like. Feel free to make this your own.
If the dressing is too bitter add a little more syrup, if it's too tart add a little more olive oil.
