Key Ingredients
Light and fresh, you can't go wrong with the simplicity but deliciousness of this Easter Salad.

- Greens- Use a variety of green leaf mixes, such as spring mix and spinach.
- Strawberries - This adds a fun, sweet twist to this spring vegetable mix.
- Homemade Vinaigrette- You can absolutely use a store-bought dressing, but we love this homemade one. It has all the right flavors, and you know exactly what's in it.
How to Make Easter Salad
Use these step-by-step instructions as a guide to get the best results. You'll love how simple this recipe is!

- Begin by slicing and chopping the strawberries and radishes.

- Add your favorite greens to a large serving bowl.

- Top the greens with the sliced vegetables, sliced almonds, avocado, and crumbled feta.

- In a small jar, mix the salad dressing. Top the salad just before serving for ultimate freshness.
Helpful Hint: Overdressing the salad can weigh down the greens, so start light and add more as needed.
How To Cut Strawberries Into Hearts
Don't slice the strawberries ahead of time. It can make them water. Slice just before assembling for the best texture.

Top Tip
Taste your vinaigrette before tossing the salad. If it's too bitter, add a touch more maple syrup; if it's too tart, drizzle in a little extra olive oil until it's just right.

Variations & Substitutions
This is a "make it your own" Easter salad. Swap the nuts for whatever you love or have on hand, change up the greens, or add grilled chicken for a lunch or dinner option. Goat cheese works well in place of feta, and blueberries or pears are delicious alternatives to strawberries.
Storing
This salad is best served fresh, but you can prep all ingredients ahead of time and store them separately. Assemble and dress right before serving to keep everything crisp and vibrant.
