1scoopprotein powderoptional, I like to use unflavored for this
Toppings:
¼cupgranola
1Tablespoonnut butterpeanut, almond, sun, etc
1Tablespoonchia seedsor similar such as hemp and flax
sliced fruitsuch as bananas, strawberries or mangoes
Instructions
Place frozen berries, banana, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and protein powder (if using) inside your blender. Blend on high until well combined, add more milk if needed. Pour into a bowl then top with your favorite toppings!
Notes
A lot of people don't like to put banana in their smoothies because they find it to be an overpowering flavor. Use about ¾ cup of any another fruit- I highly recommend mangoes because they also add that smooth creaminess.
These can be made any way you like!! You want about 2 cups of frozen fruit of any kind. You can add cocoa powder, cacao nibs, anything you'd like!
