¼cupParmesan cheesegrated

Instructions
In a large pan cook pasta al dente, adding the broccoli for the last 5-7 minutes of cooking time. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey kielbasa, onion, and garlic.Cook until sausage is browned, and onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Add cooked pasta and broccoli, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Heat through until broth is reduced by about half. Add spinach and dill. Stir until spinach wilts. Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with parmesan. Add crushed red pepper if desired.
Notes
This keeps well in the fridge for 1-2 days.Cook the noodles al dente before adding with the chicken broth. This prevents the noodles from absorbing too much liquid.
