honey

vanilla

ground flaxseed

walnuts

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
In a stand mixer combine butter, peanut butter, and honey. Mix until smooth.
Next add vanilla, and eggs. Mix until fully incorporated.
Next add ground flaxseed, oats, cinnamon and salt. Mix together. The mixture will be very thick.
Add in nuts and craisins and mix until throughout.
Drop large spoonfuls on a parchment lined baking sheet. They will not spread.
Bake for 8-10 minutes
Notes
Substitute walnuts for another nut like almonds. Or omit completely if needed.
Try another dried fruit, like dried blueberries, to mix things up!
