Make your own homemade Steak Seasoning recipe just like your favorite steakhouse favorites like Texas Roadhouse and Outback. A perfect and simple combination of spices to bring your favorite flavors to the grill while also enhancing the flavors of the steak.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a spoon or small whisk.
Sprinkle the steak seasoning generously across your steak, roast or other cut of beef before grilling, searing, or roasting. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 months at room temperature for the best results.

We tested this recipe with different amounts of salt. We decided we wanted to include an amount that would add just a little salt flavor. For a saltier steak, up the salt to 2 Tablespoons.
The amount of red pepper flakes is minimal enough that it will not make the seasoning spicy, but acts as a flavor enhancer. Feel free to leave it out if you are sensitive to spice.
This steak seasoning can be used on any cut of beef before grilling, searing or roasting. It was created with beef in mind, but we have also used it on chicken wings and found it to be delicious.
