This run and festive Valentine’s Day Punch recipe is a kid-friednly, non alcoholic party drink that’s perfect fro school celebrations, family gatherings, or a cozy night at home. Quick, easy, and sure to be a hit with kids and adults.
5cupwhite cran strawberry juicesee note 1 for different sized batches
5cupslemon lime soda
12ouncesraspberries, blended then run through a sieve
2cupsstrawberriessliced into hearts, for garnish see note 2
1-2quartsraspberry sherbetoptional
Instructions
Place 1 cup white cran strawberry juice and 12 ounces raspberries in a blender. Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute. Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and discard the seeds. Slice strawberries into hearts (see note 2).
Place the remaining white cran strawberry juice and pureed raspberry mixture into a large pitcher or small punch bowl (see note 1 for different sized batches). Mix to combine. Add the lemon lime soda in and stir gently once or twice to slightly combine. Add sherbet if using. Garnish with cut strawberries and enjoy!
Notes
This makes about 12 cups, or fills one large pitcher or small punch bowl. For a 6 quart punch bowl, double this recipe. For a 10 quart punch bowl, triple this recipe.
