Key Ingredients
All thing pink and red to make this fun v-day drink.

- Frozen Raspberries - While we love fresh raspberries, frozen is the way to go for this recipe. It makes a perfect texture for the drink. They are also much easier to find during the winter months!
- Strawberries- Cut these into cute heart shapes, see instructions below, to add a fun holiday-themed aspect.
- Lemo Lime Soda - Any kind of lemon lime soda works great with this soda. Pick your favorite brand!
How to Make Valentine's Party Punch
Use these step-by-step instructions as a guide to get the best results. You'll love how simple this recipe is!

- Begin by adding the frozen raspberries, lemon juice, and cranberry drink into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

- Add the pureed raspberries to a large pitcher.

- Next, add in the lemon lime drink and mix until combined.

Top the pitcher, or each cup, with heart-shaped cut strawberries for an added flavor and look.
Helpful Hint: Make sure you add the lemon lime soda right before serving so it doesn't go flat. You can even add sherbert for a creamy taste.
How To Cut Strawberries Into Hearts
Wash and dry your strawberries first. Remove the green leaves, then slice the berry in half from top to bottom. At the top of each half, use a small pairing knife to cut a tiny "V" shape - this creates the heart top. Smooth out the edges if needed, and you'll have adorable heart-shaped strawberries perfect for floating in your punch or decorating your party drinks.

Top Tip
This drink is easy to assemble and only takes a couple of minutes. Make sure you mix the drink right before serving so it has the best taste and the soda isn't flat.
Recipe

Valentine's Party Punch
Ingredients
- 5 cup white cran strawberry juice see note 1 for different sized batches
- 5 cups lemon lime soda
- 12 ounces raspberries, blended then run through a sieve
- 2 cups strawberries sliced into hearts, for garnish see note 2
- 1-2 quarts raspberry sherbet optional
Instructions
- Place 1 cup white cran strawberry juice and 12 ounces raspberries in a blender. Blend on high speed for at least 1 minute. Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve and discard the seeds. Slice strawberries into hearts (see note 2).

- Place the remaining white cran strawberry juice and pureed raspberry mixture into a large pitcher or small punch bowl (see note 1 for different sized batches). Mix to combine. Add the lemon lime soda in and stir gently once or twice to slightly combine. Add sherbet if using. Garnish with cut strawberries and enjoy!

Notes
- This makes about 12 cups, or fills one large pitcher or small punch bowl. For a 6 quart punch bowl, double this recipe. For a 10 quart punch bowl, triple this recipe.
- See our tutorial above for cutting the strawberries into hearts! Cut the stem off in a v-shape then slice up the strawberries.

Variations
- Sherbert- For a creamy drink, add a raspberry sherbert to the drink just before serving. Make sure you don't add it too early, or it will melt all the way, changing the texture.
- Lemonade- Add an extra lemon flavor by adding lemonade to the drink. You can substitute it for the Sprite.
- Sour Gummies- Make this a cute display by decorating the table with sour gummies, fun dip, and cute straws.
Storing Valentine's Day Party Punch
Valentine's Day Punch is best served immediately after mixing, so it keeps its fizzy, slushy texture. If you need to prepare ahead, keep the lemon lime soda separate until just before serving.
Leftover punch can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day, but it will lose its carbonation.
