Instructions
- Start by putting vanilla ice cream in a high speed blender.
2. Pour in you favorite flavor and brand of eggnog into the blender.
3. Next sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the vanilla ice cream and eggnog.
4.Secure the blender lid and blend until smooth and well mixed. It should have a smooth consistency.
5. Pour the eggnog milkshake into individual glasses and make them extra special by topping with whipped cream and sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top.
Hint: If you want a thicker shake, don't use as much eggnog. Note that if you use less liquid then you won't have as strong of a flavor.

Equipment
Using the right equipment can make a big difference on how a recipe turns out. Be sure to use the items listed below for the best results.
- High Speed Blender- if making a single serving you can use a small single serving blender like a bullet. When making for more than one, we love using our Ninja high speed blender.
- Glasses or Cups- It's fun to serve this drink in glass cups to have a fun look. Put the glass cups in the freezer before serving to help the drink from melting too quickly.
Storage
Serve uneaten shake in an airtight container or freezer ziplock bag for 1-2 months. When frozen the consistency will become very hard. You can either eat it frozen or you can thaw and try to re-blend.
If you want a similar texture, scoop the frozen drink out of the container and put in the blender. Thaw slightly to make it easier to work with. Blend in the blend until smooth.
Put the extra drink in a popsicle mold and freeze to make eggnog popsicles.
Top tip
When serving, to better help keep the a thicker consistency, freeze the glass cups beforehand. That way you pour the drink into a cold cup and it will melt at a slower rate.
