This is my family's favorite Thanksgiving side dish and it's an easy prep side. The dish 1-2 days before Thanksgiving and once it is cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Reheat the day of Thanksgiving in the oven until warm all the way through.
Green Bean Casserole

Green bean casserole can be prepped the night before. Follow the instructions as normal but don't bake. Refrigerate overnight and bake as instructed when ready to serve.
Rolls

Make the rolls the night before, or make the dough and form into balls and freeze up to a month in advance. Thaw the dough balls in the refrigerator and then let rise on the countertop as instructed. Bake as usual.
Cranberry Sauce

Prepare the night before and refrigerater. When ready to serve, heat in the microwave. You may need to add a pinch of water to get the consistency you want.
Turkey Injection Sauce

Prepare the turkey brine the night before and refrigerate. When ready to cook the turkey, stir the sauce and then inject into the turkey.
