Is there anything better than an OREO dessert? The sweet chocolate, the creamy goodness. This OREO trifle recipe is easy and so amazing. Packed with brownies, cream cheese mousse, and OREO pudding, this trifle is easy, delicious and absolutely scrumptious through every single layer. It's perfect for entertaining: for parties, birthdays, events or just a fun family night. Any way you serve it, it'll be a real crowd pleaser as they will all enter cookies and cream heaven. It's also great because even though it looks amazing, it's so easy to make and is quick to put together too!

How to Make Oreo Trifle
I make my brownies ahead of time, you'll want them to be completely cooled and ready to go. My favorite easy homemade brownie recipe is this one from the Stay at Home Chef. But regular box brownies will work great too! Make them in a 9x13 pan and cut them into 1" or slightly smaller squares. Next crumble a regular size package of oreos. Crumble them into pieces of a variety of sizes. I like some in halves, quarters, 8ths, and crumb sized. Next make the Oreo pudding. Make both boxes together according to the directions then place in the fridge.
Then make the no bake cheesecake filling. This stuff is amazing- I have a hard time not eating it all up! You'll need 2 bowls and an electric mixer. In the first bowl, make the Dream Whip according to the package directions, then mix in ⅓ cup sugar. In the second bowl (still using an electric mixer) mix together the cream cheese milk and sugar until well blended. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the dream whip mixture. Then try not to eat it all before using.
To assemble: Get your trifle bowl and start with a layer of brownies. Line the bottom with brownie pieces. Cover with ⅓ of the no bake cheesecake filling, then a layer of crumbled Oreos, and finally ½ the Oreo pudding. Repeat. The last time through won't have a layer of Oreo pudding, but will end with Oreo crumbles on top.
Tips & Tricks
This doesn't store very well, try to eat it all the first night and don't make it more than a few hours ahead of time. The leftovers are still delicious, but it isn't quite the same!
All of the individual parts can be made ahead of time by up to a day. The pudding and no bake cheesecake filling both need to be stored in the refrigerator.
