    Fun Family Halloween Activity

Looking for fun family activities with a halloween theme? Look no further. This chocolate bark is easy to make and little hands are great helpers. My kids love to help by add the spooky halloween sprinkles and Reese's Pieces. Family centered activities are always a great way to celebrate an occasion and become closer together!

Quick and Easy Halloween Chocolate Bark

This bark comes together so quickly. You can make this treat, and have it set, ready to eat, in 30 minutes. I know when I make this with my kids, 30 minutes doesn't seem fast enough. They are so excited to eat the spooky halloween treat they helped make!

How to make Easy Halloween Chocolate Bark

Making Easy Halloween Chocolate bark is so much fun! Here's how it works.

First start with a sheet pan with parchment paper on top. Add pretzel sticks in a pile, close but spread out, on the parchment paper.

Melt your milk chocolate melting wafers. I love using the Ghirardelli Melting wafers, but you can use any type of melting chocolate you would like. Melt the chocolate according to the melting instructions on the package.

Pour the melted chocolate on top of the pretzel sticks. start from the outside in. This helps keep the pretzels in the right spot. Otherwise, the pretzels tend to get pushed away from the center. Spread the chocolate evenly over the pretzels if needed. Usually it spreads nicely on its own.

Melt the melting white chocolate according to melting instructions on the package. Place the melted white chocolate in the corner of a ziplock bag. Cut the corner of the bag and decorate the top of the milk chocolate in stripped patterns. I like to make this look like a spiderweb.

Next, sprinkle on the Reese's Pieces and the halloween themed sprinkles. This is something fun you can let your kids help with!

Place the sheet pan in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or until chocolate hardens. Break the large chocolate piece into smaller pieces to complete your Easy Halloween Chocolate Bark.
