- 2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Twix Bar
Instructions
- Place the metal bowl of your stand mixer in the freezer for 10 minutes. If you don't have a metal bowl with your stand mixer, skip this step. Placing the bowl in the freezer will help maintain the creamy texture of a blizzard.
- While the bowl is in the freezer crush the Twix bar into small chunks. Don't break them into too tiny of pieces.
- Remove the bowl from the freezer and re-attach to your stand mixer. Add the vanilla ice cream and mix with the the stand mixer paddle until smooth and creamy.
- Add the broken Twix Bar and mix until well incorporated. Spoon into a cup and enjoy immediately.
